1. Can I still consume the products if I have special dietary restrictions?

In Singapore, we offer a great variety of product lines with different selling points to cater to the growing demands of our consumers. For example, the Harvest Snaps line is designed to be gluten-free, with most of the products suitable for our vegan consumers. Look out for the signs in each of the product information pages that indicate whether the product is suited for your dietary requirements!

2. Are Calbee potato chips gluten-free?

Please reference each product’s ingredient statement and certificates prior to consumption.

3. I have moved to another country and am unable to find your products that I miss dearly over here. Is it possible for me to make a purchase and arrange for the products to be shipped overseas?

We are definitely able to make the arrangements on our end, but do take note that the customer will have to bear the shipping charges incurred for overseas shipping. Please contact us through the inquiry form with your location and product preferences, and we will do our best to assist you with overseas shipping arrangements.

4. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately with photos. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
